cllr lawrence nichols (Director)

Cllr Lawrence Nichols was elected to the Knowle Green Estates directorship at the Spelthorne Borough Council Annual Council Meeting in 2023.

Lawrence is the Spelthorne Borough councillor for the ward of Halliford and Sunbury West and has been a Spelthorne Borough Councillor since 2019.

Coralie HOLMAN (Director)

Coralie has worked at Spelthorne Borough Council and been involved in Knowle Green Estates matters for two years. She formally joined the Board in February 2025. 

Coralie is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the public and charitable sectors for about 20 years dealing with a range of commercial and residential property work including tenancy management, development and building services matters. Coralie has a passion for housing and being able to make a positive difference to people’s lives and is currently undertaking a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.

anne fillis (Non-Executive Director)

Anne has joined the Board of Knowle Greene Estates as a Non-Executive Director. 

Anne is a Chartered Accountant and has had a varied career with roles in Healthcare, Government, Financial Services and the voluntary sector.  Her early career was in banking where she focused on lending into the public sector and since then she has held senior roles in healthcare management and regulation. 

She has many experiences at Board level helping organisations improve their finances, organisational structures and Board governance.  Having lived for many years in the local area, she is aware of the local challenges and passionate about ensuring that all residents are able to access housing that they can afford. 

darren levy (Non-Executive Director)

Darren joined the KGE Board in January 2021.

Darren has over 30 years experience delivering housing, property, asset management and development services across public, private and charitable sectors.   He spent several years as a consultant and interim executive, working with a wide range of registered providers across the UK delivering business change and transformation.

Darren has also been a non-executive director of a range third sector and social enterprise organisations, bringing with a particular focus on business growth and development.
