Howard Williams has a 30+ years’ background in commercial finance as a business development manager, successfully delivering sustainable, multimillion pound profits across multiple asset classes. A key skill is his ability to identify and mitigate investment risk.
A former cabinet member for finance at Spelthorne Borough Council, Howard has been working with KGE since its inception.
Howard is trained in quality improvement, change management and contract law. He has a “quality” mind-set, i.e. using statistical tools, reliable data and six-sigma methodologies to ensure attention to detail, robust planning and repeatable success.
Terry Collier plays a key role in the Council’s strategic planning and is the Council’s Chief Finance Officer. He has a extensive range of experience of managing services, including Housing Options, across the Council’s full range of responsibilities. Terry has experience of setting up and managing alternative delivery models.
He is a director of Applied Resilience, the Emergency Planning public sector mutual Spelthorne and Runnymede councils sponsored setting up. He is also a director of Spelthorne Business Forum and a director of Staines-upon-Thames Business Improvement District.
