terry collier (Director)

Terry Collier plays a key role in the Council’s strategic planning and is the Council’s Chief Finance Officer. He has a extensive range of experience of managing services, including Housing Options, across the Council’s full range of responsibilities. Terry has experience of setting up and managing alternative delivery models.

He is a director of Applied Resilience, the Emergency Planning public sector mutual Spelthorne and Runnymede councils sponsored setting up. He is also a director of Spelthorne Business Forum and a director of Staines-upon-Thames Business Improvement District.

cllr sati buttar (Director)

Cllr Sati Buttar was elected to Spelthorne Borough Council in May 2019

anne fillis (Non-Executive Director)

Anne has joined the Board of Knowle Greene Estates as a Non-Executive Director. 

Anne is a Chartered Accountant and has had a varied career with roles in Healthcare, Government, Financial Services and the voluntary sector.  Her early career was in banking where she focused on lending into the public sector and since then she has held senior roles in healthcare management and regulation. 

She has many experiences at Board level helping organisations improve their finances, organisational structures and Board governance.  Having lived for many years in the local area, she is aware of the local challenges and passionate about ensuring that all residents are able to access housing that they can afford. 

darren levy (Non-Executive Director)

Darren joined the KGE Board in January 2021.

Darren has over 30 years experience delivering housing, property, asset management and development services across public, private and charitable sectors.   He spent several years as a consultant and interim executive, working with a wide range of registered providers across the UK delivering business change and transformation.

Darren has also been a non-executive director of a range third sector and social enterprise organisations, bringing with a particular focus on business growth and development.
